After choosing your chain, I will find your perfect size, then weld the jewelry together to become a part of your everyday life.

This month, we’re shining a spotlight on someone who makes CFS a better place simply by being herself!

Carol brings the fire to every workout and shows up ready to work hard every single time! Her dedication, determination, and willingness to push herself is truly inspiring. But what makes Carol so special goes beyond her hard work in the gym. She is always supportive, encouraging, and ready to cheer on the people around her. Her positivity is contagious, and she has a way of making everyone feel welcome and supported.

Everyone needs a Carol in their life and we’re so happy that she is apart of our CFS Community! Everyone congratulate Carol in the comments below! 🎉

⭐️What motivated you to take that first step and come to CFS?
- My motivation to take the leap and join CFS was learning how important strength training and regular exercise is for my bone health and lowering my risk of breast cancer recurrence.
⭐️ What does being part of the CFS community mean to you?
- Being a part of the CFS community means everything to me 🫶🏼 it means showing up for myself and others and pushing each other 💪🏼 it means accountability and opportunity!
⭐️ What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining but nervous to take the first step?
- For someone who is considering joining, but nervous to take the first step I’d say DO IT! You won’t regret it. My CFS family has made me better and helped me feel stronger without judgement. If you want to make friends and be a part of something great - join now!
⭐️ Favorite go-to workout song?
- Favorite go to work out song…. BIG B***Y MIX! Just make sure the volume is all the way up! 🎉

If you plan on attending Soccer this Sunday you must sign up using the Glofox app.

If you do not sign up using the app and we do not have enough people to play. Soccer will be canceled the Saturday morning before. If you have already signed up, we will notify you and send you a refund.

Please use the app so the facility as well as the other players can plan their weekends accordingly!
