Adult dance is SO much more than just dance. The neurological, psychological, and social benefits are unmatched by other exercise modalities. But we just love how it feels like home 💚 All people and all levels welcome. Join us!

Day 1 of Adult Recess was the MOST fun! We moved, laughed, crafted, yapped, and giggled some more. Starting with a “signature move” ice breaker, we moved on to a juicy stretch and strength warm up, followed by elimination freeze dance challenge (think “freeze with your best jazz hands!”), and an ultimate lip sync choreography battle. We finished up with snack and craft time, making bracelets/charm decorations. We’ve got 5 more weeks of adult “summer camp” fun in store! Next week, we’re making sun catchers. Join us!
