Teacher spotlight:
This month we are highlighting Jason Adams!
Jason Adams, RYT 200
Growing up an active Colorado kid, avid snowboarder, and late blooming runner, Jason first encountered yoga in college. He was hooked on the challenging movements that, over time, opened the door to deeper mind/body connection and more awareness and ability to be present in all aspects of life. He has been practicing vinyasa yoga for 15 years and completed teacher training with Nicole Agostino in 2022. He has since been continuing his growth in the physical and mental practice through an AWARE mentorship with Dav Jones.
Jason loves to teach classes that explore movement through yoga postures that provide an invitation to check in with ourselves, challenge our internal narratives, and possibly discover more joy and freedom over time by moving and building more connection with our incredible, unique bodies.

Join us for Yin + Yoga Nidra on Sunday, June 7 at 7:30pm
75 minutes, Cost $25
Yoga Nidra is one of yoga’s most ancient meditation techniques. Also called Yogic Sleep, this practice is both immensely powerful and easy to incorporate into your life. Yoga Nidra facilities your body to reach a deep state of rest and relaxation by systematically guiding you through the five layers of self also known as the Koshas.
The theme of this session will be the idea of Expansion. We will begin with 35-40 minutes of Yin to help your physical body settle in before we find a relaxing shavasana pose where you will rest for the Yoga Nidra practice which will last about 30 minutes.
Please wear comfortable clothes and arrive a few minutes early to get set up. Studio props will be available but feel free to bring any extra props you might want for the extended time laying in shavasana. You will likely feel very centered and sleepy afterwards.
