Newman Tennis Center is a public, municipal tennis facility with 18 hard courts (14 lighted). Offers lessons to both Juniors and Adults of all levels.
Newman Tennis Center is responsible for developing and supporting safe tennis programs, events, and activities that benefit the City of Augusta and the wellness of its citizens.
- Operates 11-14 tennis tournaments annually
- Offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced tennis lessons for adults and children
- Supports the programs for the Community Tennis Association (CSRATA), high schoo

We are rained out tonight for tennis. Hope we have better luck tomorrow.
Unfortunately no tennis tonight at Newman Tennis Center, courts are wet due to rain today.
Due to the extreme temperatures for today tonight’s tennis social has been cancelled. Courts are available if anyone wants to come play.
DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST WE WILL BE CLOSING FRIDAY AT 3:00pm AND WILL RE-OPEN ON SUNDAY AT 12:30pm.
