Fall Ball Schedule. All coaches should have this!!!

Coaches meeting was held last night. All coaches have a hard copy of the rules and schedule. If anyone would like one, please let me know... Fall ball season start on Monday, September 11th.

Good Morning all,

As summer co-ed softball ended yesterday, we are now on to fall ball. The deadline to get all paperwork and payment in is August 25th. You can bring it to Buker, or you can contact me and I will take it there also.

For fall ball, there are no add on"s. This means that you need to have all on the roster and consent form by that date. You also need to make sure that you have enough players for the end of the season tournament.

Here are some things that you will need to know about fall ball:

- Fall ball is $400.00
- No Add on's
- Minimum of three girls
- This is one pitch
- Playoffs will be the week of October 23rd and the tournament will be October 28th
- Each player will need to have a 3 game minimum

Attached are the forms that you will need if you do not have them, or lost.

Good Evening all....
Attached you will find the play off and tournament schedule. Playoffs will be on the 14th and 15th with the tournament on the 19th.
If we have a team that does not have enough players to play, then in that spot it will be a bye.
I have looked ahead at the weather, and Tuesday's games are not looking so good. If we have to cancel because of weather, they will be played on Thursday.
For the tournament. Games will start at 8:00 am sharp. We are asking teams to be at the field a half hour before their game in case other games end early. If you are in the middle of another game, then we will wait for your team to be done.
If a girl is playing on two teams, then she has to pick a team and stay with that team. If that team gets eliminated from the tournament, then she can play for her second team.
You MUST respect all umpires and their decisions. That is not an easy job that they have and they can't see everywhere in the field at all times.
I will be back and forth between both fields during the day. At each field there will be a barackett up for you to see. If there is a problem, I will have my phone on me, and please call me.

Tonight is the last of regulars season games. Playoffs will be Monday and Tuesday night of next week. Saturday, August 19,th will be the tournament. This is a double elimination. When all games are finished tonight, I will be working on the play off and tournament schedule. This will be then sent to your coaches. -Dawn
