The Triangle Multisport Inside Out Sports Triathlon Team is made up of elite amateur and professional multisport athletes focused on competing at the highest levels, while helping to grow the triathlon community. The team is made up of selected athletes residing throughout North Carolina who participate in high profile triathlons and duathlons, as well swimming, cycling, and running races.

A solid 5 days training week for Tom Lehr and Eric Li climbing hills in Carolina and Tennesse mountains. Totalling the weekly elevation gain more than 30,000 ft, more than the Mt Everest 🏔. What a blast! 💪💪💪

Last weekend was an exited one as Tyler Anderson and Cameron Younts rocked the Ironman Maryland!
Cameron finished it in 9:27:03 and Tyler did it in 10:45:07.

Congratulations to Tom Lehr who finished his 81st North Carolina based triathlon and 100+ NC multisport event at Brick Endurance Sprint Triathlon # 1 of their 4 event summer series that is one of the rare mid-week triathlon races in the area. Tom had fun chasing the top 3 finishers with Tom finishing 4th Overall & 1st in AG in the 400 yard OWS, 11 mile bike and 2 mile run in Rolling View State Rec area & Campgrounds. Tom said it brought back many great memories of riding in the area back around 2014 when Inside-Out Sports had a store on North Creedmore with Friday group rides covering great hills and roads on Kemp, Coley, etc.
