The Grassy Knoll is a beautiful park on the canal road about halfway between the Water Works & Savannah Rapids...
just an all out great place to hang....awesome swimming!!(shallow rocky bottom with no gross river weeds)...good place to take your dog of leash (if its FRIENDLY)..picnic tables..even a port'o'potty (gag)...just please keep it CLEAN and try to take your trash with you..
