Good morning SRKM followers. I hope everyone is staying safe and following recommended guidelines. I work in the healthcare field and my organization is working from home during this pandemic. Normally, we would be in all the nursing facilities in the state. Only a few of us are making this trek at this time. Each day my calls reveal new exposures, so I encourage you to take the recommendations to heart.
That being said. My private students and I are on a hiatus. We are being prudent as I hope all martial arts studios are doing. I encourage my students to practice solo at home to keep up your skills and improve your muscle memory. Focus on you stance, balance and footwork. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills in these areas.

GMKM Winter Seminar Day 1
We had an intense first day of our seminar with founder and CEO of Israeli Krav International. We are fortunate to have Moshe's extraordinary experience with us, and in person. Those interested in real world self defense will not want to miss future seminars.
Hey everyone, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on 2019. Much happened with SRKM. Amidst personal loss, I took a new job, which meant giving up my weekly schedule of classes and I started offering private lessons at my home. We did one seminar at the Kroc Center and attended two seminars at GMKM with Moshe Katz.
Although life changes, we go forward, ever vigilant. Vigilant with our personal lives and with protecting those around us.
As you celebrate tonight, tomorrow and throughout all of 2020, be ever vigilant in your awareness. It may save you and those you care about.
