πͺπΎ Listen, my client puts all the work in, I'm just here too push her, and make sure she stays on track! So so proud of my client for eating well, putting in the work, and pushing her body and herself! We've been training since the beginning of the year, she was 220lbs when we started and currently 188lbs!!! Totaling 32lbs down!!! LET'S GOOOO!!!

$97.76 at Aldi !!! Yes, this is majority fruits and vegetables, not too many snacks, no meat (I'm a vegetarian), juice, and milk....and I know what yall gonna say, "That's gonna go bad fast" it won't, you just have to know how to store your produce, so it can last. Yall also don't eat fruits and vegetables as much as yall should, so it goes bad by the time you'reready to eat. If the majority of your groceries are snacks, and tv dinners (despite your environment, and accessibility) you should put some things back on the shelf.

I just want to say congratulations to my amazing client! I know I haven't been posting my client's progress, but I had to share this girl's amazing journey! She is so determined and doesn't let anything get her way of her goals, on top of being an amazing mother! Amazing work girl it's only up from here! β€οΈπ€π½πͺπΎ
