This fall-inspired salad is one of those recipes that never misses. It is sweet, salty, crunchy, and super easy to throw together.

Toss in baby spinach, sliced apples and pears, crumbled goat cheese, sliced pecans, dried cranberries, and bacon.

Whisk together: 2 tbsp apple c***r vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp Dijon mustard, and ¼ cup avocado oil. Pour it over and toss.

That’s it. Fresh, simple, and tastes like fall! 🍁

I was scrolling through old pictures trying to find this brunch board from 2019… and instead found a camera roll FULL of cute babies, a toy-filled house, and approximately a million new recipes. 😂

It’s hard to believe I started this business at 36 years old, with two little kids, a separate full-time job, zero dollars to invest in it and absolutely no idea what I was doing.

So on this Labor Day, if you’re feeling frustrated, restless, or a little stuck in your career, let this be your reminder: it is never too late to try something new. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need a huge budget. And you certainly don’t need to know exactly where it’s going to lead. You just have to start.

ANYWAYS… 😂 here’s your sign to make a brunch board.

Bagels + cream cheese + jelly
Fruit
Waffles + French toast sticks + syrup
Bacon
Mini croissants

Enjoy! 😊

I’m busy too.

I run a business, teach school and create content. I’m a wife, and I’m a mom to two boys who each play two sports (including travel baseball ⚾️).

Life is FULL and it is not slowing down anytime soon.

But one thing I really value is sitting down around the table and having a home-cooked meal together as often as we can.

We aren’t talking perfect or complicated meals. Just real food, at home, together.

That’s why I created The Dinner Darling - to make that part easier for other busy families.

I’ll take care of the “what’s for dinner?” part. You just get it on the table. Head to the link in my bio for more info, sample plans, and let me help you stop stressing over dinner!

If this song takes you back, you’re probably also the mom spending your afternoons running from school to practice to the grocery store.

Our calendars may be busier than our moms’ ever were, but we’re still trying to do the same thing they did: get everyone around the table at the end of the day.

That’s why I started The Dinner Darling.

Real dinners. Simple ingredients. Recipes that fit into real life. Every week, recipes are delivered straight to your inbox with a grocery list and printable PDFs. No ads. No pop-ups. Just simple meal plans to make your life a little easier.

If taking dinner off your mental load this school year sounds good, my Back-to-School Special is going on now.

Don’t let dinner be the thing that overwhelms you every afternoon. I’ve got you. 🍽️

Girl...

For the days when you’re running from one thing to the next, dinner doesn’t need to be a production.

If you’re making dinner in your pajamas, with your hair in a claw clip, and not trying to prove to the internet that you have it all together... welcome. 🙋🏻‍♀️

Tonight’s dinner is frozen meatballs, a jar of Rao’s, and a slow cooker. That’s it.

Follow along for realistic dinners that real, working moms actually make. And if you want easy recipes (that are just one step up) delivered straight to your inbox every week, the link’s in my bio. We are not stressing over dinner this fall!
