We offer opportunities for young players (ages 9U, 10U, 11U,12U and 13u ) to build essential football skills, teamwork, and the discipline needed to suc...

It is with heavy hearts that we honor the life and legacy of former RMPW President, Mike Stearns. Mike’s leadership, generosity, and passion for youth sports touched countless athletes, coaches, and families across our state. His impact on football and wrestling will live on through the opportunities he created for so many young people.

To pay tribute, Bison Football will be wearing MS stickers this season and the season’s to come in his memory. This is a small way for us to carry forward his legacy of service, dedication, and love for the game.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Stearns family and the RMPW community during this difficult time. Mike will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

The Bison Athletic Club is truly grateful for the incredible support and partnership of the Upswing Foundation. Their commitment to our athletes has opened doors for growth, development, and opportunities that go far beyond the field. From providing resources for speed training and recovery to investing in the overall well-being of our players, they’ve made a real difference in our program.

Because of Upswing’s belief in our mission, our athletes are not only becoming better football players but also stronger, more confident young men prepared for life.
