Some of the most important moments in a dancer’s journey don’t happen on stage, they happen in class.

They happen in the quiet moments of learning, repeating, growing, and trying again. They happen when no one is applauding, but every plié, tendu, and correction is building something greater than technique.

We’re not just teaching steps. We’re helping our dancers develop strength, confidence, resilience, discipline, and a love for the process. Those lessons stay with them long after class ends.

Watching our dancers grow into confident young people is one of the greatest privileges we have. Thank you to every family who trusts us to be a small part of their journey.

If you haven’t met him yet, you’re going to love him. Gary is one of the owners of Monarch and teaches Theater Dance! His classes are full of energy, creativity, and fun, and he has a way of making dancers feel comfortable while bringing out their confidence and personality.
