We’re excited to officially announce the launch of Nexus Wrestling Academy at North Central College!

NWA was created to provide elite offseason training opportunities, expand opportunities for girls wrestling, and use wrestling as a platform to develop Champions in LIFE and on the MAT.

Our academy is intentionally designed as an offseason-only organization that complements, not replaces, the outstanding work already being done by local clubs, schools, and wrestling organizations. We believe wrestling is strongest when we work together, and athletes are expected to remain fully committed to their home clubs and school programs throughout their competitive seasons.

This fall, we’re launching two new programs:

Elite Preseason Academy
Led by Robby Bates, Octavius Bellamy, Chip Guzman, & Jared Head

Girls Preseason Academy
Led by Yele Aycock, Alara Boyd, Amanda Martinez, & Sara Sterner

We’re incredibly grateful for the support and partnerships of our local clubs, schools, coaches, and North Central College. This is just the beginning, and the start of something special!
