ATA FMA focuses on a family martial arts experience, promoting physical and emotional balance. ATA FMA is the area's premiere Martial Arts Academy.
Having started in the area in 1993, ATA FMA has successfully trained and mentored thousands of students. We offer classes for ages 4 through adult, providing a proven and effective curriculum to help our students advance in multiple areas of their life. If you haven't heard we are having our Grand Re-opening today from 10am-2pm. Mr. Taco is getting set up now to serve you tacos/quesadillas. Seminar schedule as follows:
10am- Balck Belt Club Class open to all current students and the public to enjoy
10:30am- Dr. Po***ck and the The Performance Project Physical Therapy and Sports Performance open to anyone that wants to work on range of motion
11am- ATA MAX with Ms. Morris open to anyone interested in extreme martial arts and weapons training
Lunch Break
12:30pm- Leadership Class open to all Leadership and Legacy students
1pm- Slef-Defense with Brannon open to the community of all ages
