Ok you ready? Finish this sentence, “Today is the day I. . .” Start lifting, pick the book up and finish it, call my daughter/son, clean the clothes off the treadmill and use it, start reading my Bible, spend time with out my@phone for 15 minutes. What is it that today you are going to get going. Don’t listen to the voice in your head giving you all the excuses not to. Declare that, “Today is the day I” and get going! You can make it happen!

Here is a blast from the past. A man moment as Tyler called it in our lives. We wore our jersey’s into the at the time Oakland Raiders stadium. To this day there are names that we were called that I still don’t know what they meant. But for a dad and son it is a memory that we both will forever share as a day we stood should to shoulder ready for battle.

Yesterday afternoon I realized I really wanted to talk with my grandkids and see their faces. So I FaceTimed them, I At least got to hear his voice. FaceTime view.
