Dream Academy Summer Concert 2026 Join us for or 15th Annual Concert celebrating the artistry, and dedication of the dancers of Dream Academy & Dream ContemporaryDance Co.

A huge congratulations is in order! Violinist Brianna Cole began her musical training at a small community arts center at age five, practicing up to six hours every single day throughout her youth. Yesterday evening, she officially made her debut leading the entire string section of the historic city symphony orchestra during a sold-out opening night performance. Less than two percent of professional orchestral musicians nationwide are Black, making her appointment to the highest leadership rank on stage an extraordinary milestone. We are proud to announce that Dr. Elana D. Anderson will be honored with The Cultural Continuum Award at our 30th Anniversary Fundraiser.

For 30+ years, Dr. Anderson has been a pillar of artistry, activism, and legacy. A living testament to what it means to show up for the culture, again and again and again. Her work has moved rooms, shifted narratives, and planted seeds that entire generations are still growing from.
