Back at it! Didn't record the warm up🤷🏽‍♂️. today I did the most muscle ups I've done in a year! Thanks
Warm up 3 rounds:10 straight bar dips
10 high box jumps
10 tricep extensions

workout: muscle ups
5,4,3,2,1

No training Monday thru Thursday.... Then Friday, Saturday and Sunday, killin iiiiiiit! 100 reps each exercise gets me just right. No need for overkill. Whatever works for you, do that. You're the only person that knows what your body can handle. Lesssssketiiiit 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
