This is how we celebrate 20 years in business….
It ALL started with a vision for my daughter and not only is she amazing with all that she’s accomplished but she’s always there to help out a friend. She understands what it’s like to have to stretch, workout and she’s showed up with encouragement.
Thank you Natalie because of you I can do what I love every single day. I love you to infinity and beyond 🫶🏼

I’ve been blessed to do what I truly love for 20 years today 🎊 In June of 2006 I had the opportunity to open ALLternativeGym for my daughter to be able to work out with adaptive equipment and know that she would have a place to go where she would feel comfortable working out, staying physically fit and active. I’ve had the privilege to work with so many individuals from around the world, truly inspiring. I remember every one of you who have put your trust in me to help you during your recovery.
GOD is GOOD today and everyday he allows me to do what I do 🙏🏼🫶🏼
