One of my hardest working clients 💕 i see her twice a week for 2 hours each session! She works super hard with me and outside of being with me! So proud of her because look how far we have came in just alil over month!
She also started meal prepping and hits cardio a couple times out the week! She’s taken what she has learned from me and uses it when she’s on her own. ✨
