A very intentional gathering is happening this spring just outside of Austin from March 21st-24th: Medicine For The People. I truly believe that movement is medicine and I am honored to gather in community to share mine that Friday morning at 10am.

I cannot wait to come together in nature, eat from a communal kitchen, meditate under the trees, dance under the stars, laugh, cry, 💛CONNECT💛

The trees have been putting on quite a show this year in Austin as the familiar greens turn to vibrant hues. I’ve been trying my best to soak in this temporary beauty Mother Nature has been providing…knowing that change is constant and that soon the leafs will fall from the trees, leaving their branches bare and I wonder to myself…what should I hold on to and what should I let go?

Join me on your lunch break for a 45 minute class designed to fit a full body, feel good flow into your busy day.

As a society, we are always on the go…in a rush…moving fast…I believe that if we take the time to slow down on our mats, it can translate to slowing down in life which we can all benefit from. Slowing down can certainly help us to become more present and thus find more joy in our every day lives.

In this class, we will move at a slow, steady pace that allows you to fully connect breath with movement so that you can get out of your head and into your body. This intentional flow will help you to move stagnant energy in the body leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ready to move through the rest of your day with ease.
