Matt Young grew up playing in Wales. He attended Southampton Solent University, where he gained a bachelor of arts degree in Football Soccer) Studies. Matt was head coach of Southampton Solent University 3rd and 2nd soccer teams in consecutive years, coaching students just like himself. He moved to Columbus, Ohio, and coached at a small club there with a team that played State Cup level.

Tom has 15 years of coaching experience, including four years in the United States and the last five years coaching at Manchester City, one of Europe’s leading academies.

Matt is 19 years old and has three years of coaching experience, with two of those years working in a Premier League Academy. Alongside his academy work, Matt spends the majority of his time delivering private, individual, and small-group sessions to players of all abilities.

Harry is 28 years old and has 10 years working in a Premier League Academy. In addition to working in the academy, Harry coaches Individuals and small groups of players who are eight years old (and younger) all the way up to full-time professional athletes.
