To celebrate, a special cinnamon rolls pack will be available this weekend! The featured flavors are the original, strawberry, blueberry, and cookies n cream 💘

The cinnamon rolls anniversary pack is $15, and will be available to pickup this Saturday the 21st, or delivered on Sunday the 22nd with a delivery fee. Dm to order, and payment must be sent for order confirmation 💫

Here is this weeks class schedule. I am looking forward to pushing limits and helping you achieve new goals.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday are our kickboxing for cardio classes. Classes are high - energy, adrenaline - pumping group workouts that torch calories and boost your cardiovascular health. We focus on core stability in between rounds of punching and kicking heavy bags or focus mitts.
Tuesday we focus on our lower body. Thursday we focus on pushing and pull movements. And Saturday mornings we hit a full body split.
Strength and conditioning is geared towards hypertrophy training which involves moderate weight, higher reps, and more sets with limited rest in between. Click link in bio & Let’s Fight For It
