I’ve always done both—home when I feel less social, and the gym when I crave that extra push! But since becoming a mom, I’ve had to adjust. I didn’t want to leave my little one with someone just to hit the gym, so I committed to home workouts—and guess what? You can still achieve an amazing shape with minimal equipment!
For the past 17 months, I’ve ONLY worked out from home, proving to myself and my clients that you don’t need a gym to transform your body.
💥 Julian starts daycare in January, so I might pop into a gym now and then just to switch it up and meet new friends—though, let’s be real, my introvert side will probably retreat after too much socializing! 😅
