No cada Lunes, o cada día tienes el mejor ánimo, o las ganas de pararte y hacer ejercicios o trabajar. Pero si tienes meta, y quieres alcanzarlas tiene que esforzarte para mantener la constancia y dedicación. Para mi hacer mi workout es un escape, es conéctame conmigo misma y liberar tanta ten Ivón que las circunstancias de la rutina agregan a el día a día. No busques perfección, porque sabemos que es solo uno ! Si comienzas con fuerza tu día, tu semana terminará mejor. y veras que podrás lograr tus metas. No tenemos que ser en clavos, podemos disfrutar de todo los que nos rodea.

Commit to yourself!
Be realistic and don’t burn up yourself. You don’t have to compromise 100%, you can start with 10%, even 5%, but you need to commit, you need to be consistent. You need to show up for yourself. Find your tempo, find your pace. Don’t try to go on someone else pace. Your goal is to find what work for you, but you have to start and you have to make a choice, a choice that help you reach your goals. The idea is to keep getting better and to do your best every day. Don’t listen to your negative thoughts. Tell yourself how great you are.

Don’t wait for things to get easier, simpler, better. Life will always be complicated. Look for small opportunities for happiness in the moment you are in right now. Otherwise, you might run out of time.
We can’t often choose our circumstances, but we can better control our reactions and emotions. Choose small moments of joy - unknown Author
God always give us a chance to be joyful. Life is always happening, and we go through circumstances that sometimes we can’t understand; many times we feel sad, but doesn’t mean that we can’t be joyful and grateful. Here I leave few things you can do to be joyful: 1. Choose to say thank you today.
Take 30-seconds to send a text to someone who has been loving and kind to you recently. Don’t underestimate the power of a simple thank you, “A quick note to let you know I am thinking of you today and grateful you’re a part of my life.” 2. Choose to take a walk in the woods. Researchers found that walks reduce cortisol levels, diminish sympathetic nerve activity, and decrease both blood pressure and heart rate. 3. Choose to find beauty in small moments.
Stop focusing on big events, and lookfor joy in the small moments that happen every day. 4. Choose to acknowledge that we’re not supposed to be happy all the time.
Sometimes life hurts and it’s hard.
5.Choose to embrace imperfection.
Being happy and finding joy doesn’t mean everything is perfect; it means you’ve learned to see the beauty in imperfection. Social media makes it easy to believe that there are people around us living “perfect lives”. Steven Furtick reminds us…
The reason we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind-the-scenes with everyone else’s highlight reels. 6.Choose to live life in the present.

No matter our circumstances, no matter our challenges or trials, there is something each day to and Thereis something each day that can bring and if only we will see it and appreciate it -Dieter F Uchtdorf. Even when we desperately try to find joy, usually we find ourselves trapped in the circumstances of life and forget to live in joy or what is worse we try to find joy outside us.

We need to learn that joy is not found outside of ourselves, in possessions or other people. It is an experience you cultivate within.

We always look for an excuse to not move around. To give up. But today I want to invite you to make yourself a priority. Remember that you and your health have to be your job #1 You can enjoy a nice meal, a drink, a dessert. But with moderations.

Solo recuerda que cada día que despiertas, cada mañana es un día para dar gracias y estar agradecidos por caso pequeña cosa, cada experiencia Bueno o no muy buena. Asegúrate que siempre busques algo bueno de cada situación. Hoy le doy Gracias a Dios por todo lo que me ha dado. Por mi familia, mis amigos así sea que estén a tanta distancia. Gracias por todos los que me apoyan y me han brindado lo mejor de ellos. Gracias por la vida, por mi salud. Gracias por y por mi matrimonio.

Happy
I just wanted to share that I am proud of myself. Since I became part of BB and IfChics Virtual Fit Camp in February of March 2018, I have pushed play almost every day. I learned that even when I’m going out town or on vacation I can keep working out and not give up. My transformation can’t be captured in a picture. My transformation has happened not just physically, but mentally, spiritually and emotionally. I have grown so much as a person. I love to share my videos and I’ll always love to motivate others to do better for a healthy lifestyle 💕
