Weather permitting, I will be kayaking after my dance class on March 19th, which is my birthday, and after probably go to lunch. ❤️ Feel free to join! I expect I will get there about 10:30 am. Celebrate and revere 2023 with movement, community, joy, spirit, and reflection
Join Kristie, Ursula, Julie and Kathryn on Sunday, December 31st at 9:00 AM for a special class honoring all that 2023 held for each of us. We think back on all that the last 12 months and 4 seasons have brought to our lives with a sense of wonder and awe! The joy of movement is with us in happiness, grief, reflection and all celebrations and we will dance that life force energy to consciously close 2023. This will be a team-led class with plenty of opportunity both to shake out and welcome in all emotions, ideas, energies and movements. We are so excited to have this offering - please join us!

There are many opportunities to dance and take fitness classes online. I have been offering Nia via Zoom since March on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 am. I am so thankful for the dancers who I dance with weekly. If you would like to join, let me know and I will send you the Zoom link. ❤️❤️❤️
