“I Choose me” will work to create a haven for the women who have suffered through trauma. It will
rehabilitate them by providing the basis of a healthier lifestyle, where their troubles will be worked
through, concerns listened to, and anxieties alleviated.

The women who seek help from this program are often shunned and whose concerns are regarded
as trivial. They believe that their problems are not worth mulling over; thus they decide to bear
with the mistreatment. This deep-rooted insecurity is due to years and years of conditioning and
manipulation at the hands of their abuser and can only be diminished through thorough life
coaching.

Our life coaching program is dedicated to empower women and make them realize their true potential by using their voices to break society’s patriarchal norms.
