🔥Client Spotlight AND 6 year appreciation post🔥

Naomi has never once dropped off of working in those 6 years we've been training together. The only time she stopped was to have a child (and not before that I might add)! We've been through a lot of phases of working out and a lot of phases of life together. I'm so glad to call her and her family friends! Here's to 6 more years!

Why did you start working out with Jordan?
It was a few months into COVID and I wanted to reprioritize my physical and mental health.

What is your favorite exercise?
Bench press, deadlifts & anything that burns my core!

What is your least favorite exercise?
SQUATS
