How Low Should You Go?🏋🏼♀️
The “best” squat depth is different for everyone. Once you start losing balance, rounding (I.e. 2nd pic), shifting weight, or forcing extra depth, you will actually create compensation patterns instead of building strength and that can lead to injury.🤕
