Certification starts NOW. Teach our “sharpbody” classes in 68 days! On our schedule Jan 1st. Chapter 2 - starts in January (contemporary Pilates (Flow) Chapter 3 starts in March- (jumpboard, sculpt, recovery, mat pilates) 6 month cert ..three chapters …msg us now.

Friday evening (SBP community outing): Coven Crawl dressing up like witches and going to bangers for Oktoberfest think sausage, pretzel, large b**r). ✅ 3. Sunday (SBP community outing CORE + GLUTES class with THE | SHARP | METHOD | PILATES and them 1 hour of padel clinic (learn how) play at Padel39 NORTH location. ✅4. TSM Pilates Cert (sharpbody + stretch chapter deadline 11/1. You could be on our schedule teaching by January 1 the two named above! 🔪🔪
