I've created a Choy Lee Fut Kung-Fu "Foundations Program". Very excited to share this with my current students as well as new folks! It was a process of subtraction, to develop a solid foundation to build off of.

Our fans came in! I will be teaching the Tai Chi Fan this spring. My goal is to have a (Mueller Lake) park full of people doing this Tai Chi Fan routine on International Tai Chi Day (March 21) and World Tai Chi & Qigong Day (April 25).
