Reform Pilates
We offer small group Reformer, Mat/Tower and TRX® Fusion classes. Clients also take advantage of private and semi-private Pilates sessions.
The shoulder joint area is subject to damage because it has the largest range of motion in the body. As its stability depends on muscular activities, abnormal movement may easily change its structure.
Stability should be obtained first to ensure that the scapula and the shoulder joints are equipped with the capabilities to respond effectively to the movement of the scapula and the shoulder joints. The second step should focus on external rotation, flexion, and abduction. The third step should address aspects of adduction, extension, and internal rotation, in that order.

School-age kids should have many chances to do a variety of activities, sports, and games that fit their personality, ability, age, and interests. Brainstorm with your kids on activities that feel right. Most kids won't mind a daily dose of fitness as long as it's fun.
