I’ve now spend just over a year with the main training goal of improving my cardiovascular system. I’ve learned a ton about myself as I’ve worked to improve my endurance training techniques and overall aerobic/anaerobic systems.
I’m still putting up rookie numbers when it comes to true endurance training but that might be changing soon.

Came for the Ultra, Stayed for the BBQ
Amazing community of like minding people in Austin. Only was able to dip my toes in and see what it was about. From the beasts at Korrect Fitness Onnit Gym to the staff and athletes at the ultra. These people push each other out of their comfort zones every damn day!
Proud of the work put in and mindset he showed on game day. Kid is a STUD and pleasure to coach. Trusted me with his nutrition and training even though I’ve never coached a single ultra athlete before. More to come on the event soon!

HYROX NYC 2025 ✅
Months of training, 20+ mile running weeks, hours of strength training and HIIT, clean eating and saying no to things that didn’t align with our goals.
We made sacrifices to stay focused, and it paid off.
You don’t have to be a certain age to train like an athlete, you just have to be committed.
On to the next challenge together. Dallas Hyrox?
