Join us for a very special Live Music Latihan at Havan!

This is a rare opportunity to get a glimpse of the magic we’ll be cultivating all weekend at Held in the Mystery: A Latihan Retreat.

We’ve invited incredible musicians Jade Fusco and Sam Bottner to weave a delicious live soundscape while we surrender into slowness, movement and the beauty of the mystery. This is our first live music Latihan EVER in Austin TX and we’d love to share it with you.

This event is for those who have some experience with the practice of Latihan.

I’m excited to share a training that has profoundly impacted my life:

Liberation: Childhood Experience is a six-day immersive workshop designed to help adults re-connect with their inner children and understand how early childhood experiences continue to shape emotional regulation, relationships, self-worth, and the ways we move through the world.

My experience Liberation gave me the ability to scoop myself up when I’m feeling triggered and get to the heart of the matter so I can actually give myself what I need instead of circling around the truth of the issue over and over.

That AND my life is way more fun now that I let me inner child inspire my play and creativity more often!

I’ll be supporting the Austin training this September 22-27th and would love to share this experience with anyone who feels called.

This is an opportunity to explore your history with curiosity and compassion, and reclaim parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, hidden, or left behind.
