Focus returns more easily when players have a familiar path back to it. This week begins by noticing the routines that help attention settle. A good routine gives players somewhere to return when the match gets noisy.

Watermelon Wednesdays are officially back.
Some traditions don’t need much explaining. After a long session on court, a cold slice of watermelon, a little shade, and a few minutes with teammates can become one of the best parts of summer camp.
At ATA, summer camp is about more than forehands, serves, and footwork. It’s also about shared moments, friendships, and the simple traditions players remember long after the week is over.
Watermelon Wednesday remains a camp favorite for a reason.
