Sometimes the most important thing you can do it relax.
Which is exactly what I'll be doing for the next 3 weeks in New Zealand!! On top of hiking, white water rafting, wine tasting, mountain biking and exploring. ππ€β°π³πΏ

Sometimes our glass is half full and sometimes it's half empty. That makes us human, but instead of focusing on what isn't in your cup decide right now you have all the tools you need to refill it. Everything you need is within you - courage, strangth, compassion and love. π
Starting to run again, so working on training my leg stabilizers... Adductors, Glutes, Hamstring and Quads. Lunges with one foot on a moving surface adds in the extra work of strengthening the smaller muscles around the knees and ankles. Damn, I love Pilates!
