This session hit us hard!😭 As we move with our adorable athlete 🏃♂️🥹, we recognize how life hits us hard, but this session reminds us that every single hard step we take we celebrate even if it looks different. (See the end ) That’s what our little athlete does 👏👏👏
But doing it with someone who encourages, walks side-by-side, 👣❤️ or even rolls on the ground with you is what makes the experience unique at REIZ!! ⭐ Every single physical movement is pure application for life. 🙏❤️

📢📢 We are so excited 🎉🎉🤩🤩. Meet the newest member of the REIZ Adaptive Fitness family: Kirsten Crayton, our new part time Operations Support Specialist! 🎉
Kirsten is an entrepreneur, operator, and mentor with 25 years of experience building, scaling, and guiding both nonprofits and emerging businesses. Her deep operational background and strategic vision are going to play a huge role as we continue to grow and expand our impact.
When she’s not keeping operations running smoothly, Kirsten is a mom of three, an avid reader, and always looking for any excuse to be out on the water. She calls Austin home alongside her husband and her dog, Isosceles. 🐶☀️

After being diagnosed with a TBI from a stroke in November, he’s already defying odds, kicking butt, and making huge moves in his recovery!!!!!
