You don’t need to have it all figured out yet. You just need to believe you’re already enough to go after it.

If you’re in the middle of a big goal right now and it feels like a lot, the job search, the career change, whatever it is — comment “WORKBOOK” and I’ll send you the 2-Week Job Search Sprint to help you take it one day at a time.

09/02/2026

To do this you need a plan. If you wanted an interview, you could easily get one this week. But you need a strategy.

Before you send one more application. Here’s your plan starting from day 1:

Day 1: Strategy — get clear on who you’re targeting
Day 2: Find — recruiters + hiring managers
Day 3: Outreach — messages that actually get replies
Day 4: Portfolio — proof you can do the job
Day 5: LinkedIn — the profile recruiters actually check
..Days 6-10 take you from applying to interview-ready.

Posting a series for 2-weeks / for the next 10 days.

The full sprint: Strategy, Find, Outreach, Portfolio, LinkedIn, Opportunities, Apply, Follow Up, Prepare, Review.

Comment “WORKBOOK” for the free plan to fill in as you go.

Follow along and let’s land an interview in September!

Career coaches are great, but most people can't afford one.

Just build one yourself, comment ""COACH"" and I'll send you the whole setup.

Here's how I built one 👇🏽

Dump your resumes, reviews, and project notes into Claude — ask it to build a STAR story bank and flag anything missing a metric

Add the Apify connector to pull live company news and culture signals

Ask which stories to lead with based on what that company is dealing with right now

I’m challenging you to spend the next 30 days being more intentional with your time, your career, and your goals.

What are you working toward this month?

No drastic changes. No waiting for January. Just 6 small actions, done consistently, that can create big results.

Comment your September goals below 👇🏽

Career. Money. Health. Business. Personal growth. Whatever matters to you.

Commit and check back in 30 days. 🤍

Are you starting this with me?

Free BTW! 👀 If I had to get hired in 30 days, these are the interview tools I’d use instead.

1. Google Interview Warmup
Free + built by Google. Practice answering questions out loud and get comfortable hearing yourself answer before the real interview.

2. Pramp / Exponent
Want to practice with an actual human? Do mock interviews with other candidates instead of talking to yourself in your bedroom. 😂

3. Yoodli
Basically an AI speech coach. It catches filler words, pacing, rambling, and other habits you probably don’t notice.

4. My Interview Practice
Record yourself answering questions and watch it back. Yes, it’s uncomfortable. That’s exactly why it works.

5. Interviews by AI
Paste the job description and get interview questions tailored to THAT role — not generic “tell me about yourself” questions.

6. Interviews.chat
Full mock interviews + transcripts + feedback so you can actually see where your answers are falling flat.

7. Teal
Track your job applications AND practice for interviews in the same place. Useful if your job search is starting to feel like a full-time project.

8. Glassdoor Interview Questions
Search the company + role and see questions other candidates have reported getting asked. 👀
This is the kind of intel I’d want before walking into an interview.

9. ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude
Give it the job description, your resume, and the role you’re interviewing for. Have it generate questions, interview you one at a time, then critique your answers.

And yes — most of these are FREE or have free versions.

If you’re interviewing soon, don’t just think about your answers. Practice saying them out loud.

Have you used any of these?

Comment “PREP” and I’ll DM you the list. 👇

Most job seekers research a company just enough to answer, “Why do you want to work here?” I want you to research the company enough to figure out why they’re hiring in the first place. 👀

Instead, you can show up already understanding what the team might need and explain exactly how your experience could help.

I put the full strategy into a 30-day workflow with the research prompts, outreach templates, and daily job search calendar.

Comment ZERO and I’ll send it to you. 👇
