Hiring Nirvana

The Honeymoon Hiring Process is Over
It's time to tell yourself the "everything is good”, honeymoon style hiring process is over. It's time to recognize all these candidate excuses aren’t “cute” anymore.
When hiring, it IS possible to gauge whether or not someone is going to be a long term excuse-maker. A bad hire is expensive, so follow this tip in order to maximize your time, energy, and money.
Top performers are competitive and will want to present their best, almost perfect, self. Pay attention to even the smallest excuse during the hiring process. It sounds extremely simple, but it is easier said than done. You are looking for reasons not to hire someone.
This is not intuitive, but you can do this!
