Every session in the studio is an immeasurable gift to me and I am forever grateful 🙏...new clients, new friends, new people to introduce my torture to. 😬😤 Had to share this super fun day from over the summer with and the crew. at its best. 😤💪

Let’s talk about Pilates…🤸🏽
-I used to think only women did it
-I used to think it wasn’t hard
-I used to think I wouldn’t get a good workout out of it
-I used to think it wasn’t beneficial
We’ll…I was WRONG!
-Women aren’t the only ones (plus girls do hard things 😉 Especially the ones at this studio )
-It’s HARD
-It’s one of the hardest workouts I’ve done
-It’s also beneficial for my body because it’s low impact while strengthening my weakest ares: core, flutes, hamstrings, & back.
Thanks to for changing my mind about Pilates! This is going to be a consistent part of my training for the marathon.

🙏💞💪Today was one of those incredible days. As I was cleaning and mopping the floor after a 12 hour day, you would think I would have been exhausted, but I was invigorated! Honestly, every day I just think, WOW. I dreamed this, I built this, I created this environment full of love and support, so full of Gods presence. How am I this blessed to have THIS many amazing people in my life?! If you don't know how AMAZING Gods grace is, PLEASE let me be a testament for His glory and His promises. I cannot believe the work He has done in me, and I thank Him EVERY SINGLE DAY for all of YOU, who I consider so much more than clients, but real authentic personal friends. From athletes to single mamas to working mamas and retired couples and couples on day dates, and everyone in between just trying to get better, physically and spiritually, I LOVE you all so much. Thank you for making my "work" feel like a new party every hour when the next session walks in. I have so many more dreams and goals for the studio. I am so incredibly grateful that I get to share it with all of you. 🙏💞💪
