THE TRICEP BOARD 😤

We can’t release racks without cable attachments, so we’re starting off with the Tricep Board.

An ergonomically superior design to every other “standard” tricep attachment, this features a flat 2” wide surface with curved edges for your palms to sit naturally with no pronation. From there, simply press into the Tricep Board for full isolation while practically eliminating any potential joint discomfort one would normally get from other attachments like straight bars or ropes.

And while this is an incredible tool for triceps, you can also hit lats and biceps 🙂‍↕️

The Tricep Board drops this Friday, so be prepared to hit your triceps like never before 🔥

THE MINI STING IS HERE AND LIVE 🔥

Who knew cutting off 6” would be a good thing?

We took everything you loved about the original Sting, but made it more compact so you can fit two inside of one standard rack for expanded uses cases.

Let’s just say this is the first of many launches this month 🫪

09/29/2026

The Sting Leg Roller is already a fan favorite, so why did we decide to make a version that's 6" shorter? 🤔

The answer is pretty simple: real estate. The original Sting Leg Roller sits 24.5" off your rack, which is a solid length that supports most movements. However, this means you can't pair them up inside of your rack.

The Mini allows for just this. You can pair them up for a solid leg brace on lat pulldowns if you have a center pull, or even make a solid split squat station that allows you to easily switch between legs being hit.

The Mini Sting Leg Roller drops this Friday, and will be available in singles and pairs 🔥

The Great Dane 🔥

We have a preview page available now if you want to see more details 🤝

We really took our time with this one. Believe it or not, the Smith Machine is what kept us from bringing the rack to market for so long.

One huge drawback on a lot of 6-post racks with Smith Machines in the market is actually the center uprights. Their only purpose is for the Smith Machine. On the Great Dane, we’re making that real estate available. All 6 uprights are metric 3x3 with 1” holes, so you can store all of your attachments on any of the uprights.

Plus, we made sure the Smith Machine has the most range of motion available to ensure exercises like hip thrusts and Romanian deadlifts can be performed with proper bar travel.

The Great Dane drops on October 23rd, but signing up for more info MIGHT allow you to get it early 👀

Believe it or not, cable twisting happens on every machine. Some just hide it a little better than others 👀
