Saturday, May 2 | 1:00 PM
Every year on the first Saturday in May, thousands of people across the globe walk labyrinths at 1:00 PM local time, creating a rolling wave of peaceful intention that travels from time zone to time zone around the entire planet.
It's a simple act with a profound collective purpose. Join us on May 2nd for World Labyrinth Day, as we walk our labyrinth together as a moving meditation for peace.
In the Austin area? Join us at Oak Hill United Methodist Church for a walk at 1pm. Check out the Events link in my bio 👆

It was so delightful to see so many beautiful faces in the Zoom Room this morning as we gathered virtually and on our mats to return to our hearts amid news cycles of fear and violence. Please bring your personal needs and intentions to this chakra one, two, and heart-focused class. A beautiful blessing from Jan Richardson's new book, How the Stars Get In Your Bones: A Book of Blessings, serves as our inspiration for always returning to Love.

If you're a ritual geek like I am, you'll love a labyrinth walk to enter a new season. November 30 is the first Sunday of Advent, and the last day of the month before we head into so many of our cultural and religious holidays and celebrations. This is a way to enter thoughtfully, open-hearted, and with intention.
Labyrinth walking is a moving meditation that calms the mind, downshifts the nervous system, and fosters clarity. It is a singular path towards the center, and itself is an archetype of life's journey. And when done in community, the impact is multiplied.
If you've never walked a labyrinth before, this is the perfect chance. If you're a seasoned walker, please join us and lift our vibration.
All you have to do is RSVP on the Google form and I'll save you a spot!

Details:
Sunday, November 30, 4pm, Greenbriar Park, South Austin
It will likely last about an hour, depending on how many people participate.

I celebrated my birthday last month with my yearly tradition: a labyrinth walk. This time, I turned it into a practice of deep trust… and the labyrinth had some surprising wisdom for me.
If you’ve ever felt “off the path” or unsure where you’re headed, this one’s for you.

I'm so excited today because Practice Through starts tomorrow! I know that these 11 practices will benefit you today, tomorrow, and for years to come.
This series is for you if:
~ Sometimes you feel like life is pulling you off of your center.
~ Headlines can make you anxious.
~ You love yoga tools but don't have much time.
~ You are open to new ways of feeling happy and embodied, regardless of outside circumstances.
~ You recognize you are a whole person, body, mind, and spirit, and part of you could use some attention.
This series is not for you if:
~ Life is perfect...all the time.
~ Stress from one area of your life doesn't affect other parts of your life in a negative way.
~ Current events don't enter your mind or affect your mood.
~ You'd rather white knuckle through your problems alone than allow any input, community, or alternative methods of coping.
~ You don't believe there are practices that will support you through challenging times.
So if you recognize yourself in the descriptions above, join me on Halloween morning as we kick off my brand new course:
