Reformer I is coming to Austin this April! 💪
Held April 17–19 at Shape Method, this training introduces the foundational principles of the Classical Pilates Method on the Reformer. It builds a clear understanding of exercise order, technique, and how the apparatus supports and challenges the body.
Designed for those beginning their apparatus training, Reformer I develops the skills needed to observe movement, cue effectively, and teach with clarity and control on the Reformer.
