Mighty Fit is a locally owned and operated fitness facility in South Austin. Heidi and I have a passion for wellness and exercise, over 20+ years combined.
Our friends would always call us Meidi when they would see us together (a mixture of Mike and Heidi). We liked it so much we kept the name spelled it correctly and started Mighty Fit in 2013. We both have lost loves ones to illness and disease and this is a major driving factor of why we do what we do, along with a huge passion for fitness.
