Everybody meet Jon. Jon came to us saying he hasn't been able to move the needle, and he wasn't sure true change was possible for him.
Fast forward three months, Jon is now down 4% body fat from paying attention to his starchy carb portions and learning about his emotions around eating. Let's. Freaking. Go.
The most cool part about his story so far is that a large part of his success has come from mindset and emotional shifts around how he views food, his tendency for the "all or nothing" mindset, and more. 2 1/2 cups Quinoa (Cooked)
2 tsp Grape seed oil (can use other oil if you do not have grape seed oil)
1 cup Almond milk
4 Eggs
1 tbsp Honey
1 1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Baking powder

โ In a blender, mix milk, eggs, honey, quinoa and oil together.
โ Once smooth, add salt and baking powder then blend for a few seconds.
โ Preheat griddle and spray with cooking spray. Pour ยผ cup batter on the griddle.
โ Sprinkle blueberries over the batter and cook.
โ Once there are bubbles, flip and cook the other side. Pancakes are done when golden brown.
