T&C SMASH Baseball

Hello All—

We are ready to finalize our first 14U mini tournament at Town and Country.

Our first date is Sunday September 15. Four team format.
Minimum three games each on Sunday, simulating the typical Sunday play. We have two 90-60’6” fields, so all four teams will play at:
-11:00am(pool play),
-1:00pm(pool play), and 3:00pm(bracket semifinal).

The winners of the semis play in the finals game at 5:00pm.

Entry fee is $400. Parking and gate fee is included in this entry fee. PAP at the plate, $65 from each team.

Proceeds go to Town and Country rec baseball. Please make checks out to: “Town and Country Optimist Club”

What an amazing season! Our team and boys absolutely grew this Spring in so many ways!! We were so proud to coach them - they are awesome.

Town & Country SMASH 13U AA took home 2nd place this weekend at the Perfect Game tournament in Kyle, TX!!!!!

A grueling late night for both Saturday and Sunday, with rain, cold, and wind...Sunday we pushed through to the Championship game. WOW, so proud.

We came up just short - but this isn't the last time for late Sunday play for these young men...here we come - Who are we!?!?! SMASH!!!!!

Town and Country Baseball

The SMASH went 2-2 this weekend at the Perfect Game "Line Drive Class" in Kyle, TX.

We battled through the rain, wind, and cold on Saturday, placing #8 in the pool standings. Sunday we came from behind to win the first game (at an early 8am, after getting home at 8pm Saturday night)...and then gave the number #1 IMPACT Baseball team a run for their money, but lost, in a very competitive game that ended 4-2.

We are proud of how the team is improving every week!

We had some incredible moments this weekend, and some really rough moments, but we win and lose as a team. We will be back better and stronger next time!

Fantastic start to the Spring season this past Sunday - the 13U Smash played the 13U AthletX out of South Austin in a 2-hour exhibition-style game. A beautiful day for baseball, with both coaches rotating pitchers and players in and out of many positions to prepare for this weekend's, March 2 and 3, beginning of Perfect Game tournament play.

13U Smash will be in Kyle at Black Star Athletic Complex for the "MARCH MAYHEM" tournament.

Our bodies must be ready for 30-40 games this spring. Strength & Conditioning specialist, Coach Bret, spends the first 15 minutes of every practice focusing on just this.
