You can do Circuit AND Mobility, you can do Mobility and then your own workout, you could even take both Mobility classes to feel your juiciest, stretchiest, lightest self! (I base Mobility classes organically off your requests, so no 10:30 / 11:30 look exactly the same)

I know that I am not active on here, and I know that I should be slinging more content for you, friends.
itβs a goal that I do have for myself, but not having the Instagram app on my phone for the past 6ish months has been a brilliantly miraculous cleaner-upper for my mental health.
like seriously. turn off ya dang phones more often, hunnies.
I will work to pursue a balance.
