By noticing what’s happening inside, we can respond more effectively to stress, communicate more clearly, and build stronger relationships. 🌸🪻
Paying attention to our thoughts, emotions, and body signals helps us recognize patterns and make intentional choices instead of reacting.
This awareness allows us to have healthier interactions with others, greater emotional resilience, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.

This past week, I got to watch my daughter and her friends put on an amazing performance of Les Mis. Since then, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the line at the end of the show: ‘To love another is to see the face of God.’ It feels so true. I see it in how these kids showed up for one another and worked hard together. I see it when I get to be present for a friend who needs support. I see it in the effort to create meaningful time with my family. In loving God’s children, I’m reminded of the love He has for me and for each of us.

Pause. Notice. Connect 🤍 Take a moment to check in with your body, your breath, and your surroundings. Let yourself slow down, arrive fully in the present, and feel what’s happening here and now.

New year, new moments to be present 🌿 Take a breath, notice what’s happening inside and around you, and bring curiosity and care to how you move through this year ✨💛

The New Year is often imagined as a clean break or a confident leap forward. But for many of us, it feels more like a trapeze, like the moment of “in-between” when we swing from one bar to the next and we’re left suspended in air for a moment.
We release what was, but we have not yet grabbed hold of what will be. And that space can feel vulnerable, uncertain, unsettling.
This moment is a real and meaningful part of transition. It allows us to slow down, to notice what we are carrying, and to honor what helped us let go in the first place.
Before rushing toward goals or resolutions, pause here. Reflect on what went well this past year, what was difficult, and how you found your way through.
We do not have to know what comes next yet. Sometimes the work of this season is simply trusting that another bar will appear in time.
