A moment in time...
Hi Yogi-s,
We are starting up the Yoga Sutra Study Group. We will have our first get together on Saturday at 10am starting June 2017. The class will be for beginners and include Asana practice to prepare to sit, Pranayama practice to strengthen the breath and Chanting practice to learn the Yoga Sutras in Sanskrit.
We will begin with the second chapter on Sadhanapadah(Method). This is the chapter most people will be familiar with. We will meet at 1205 Hillside Ave. Phone 512-3637002. Come by and check it out.
