At Four Seasons School Of Tai Chi Chuan we teach the 108-movement solo hand form of the Wu family; a form of Ne Gung (also known as Chi Kung) called Eight Pieces of Brocade; a two-man form known as Push Hands; and for advanced students, weapons forms such as Gim, Dow sword and spear.

The most important thing you can do for your Tai Chi Chuan is doing Zhan zhuang. There is a saying "doing something is easy, doing nothing is hard." This is the best place to refine your structure. Start with standing for short periods and work up to at least 20 minutes.
