Thrive therapeutic aerial wants to Thrive but looks like the City of Austin is not so kind to people that want to help others get out of aches and pains! Trying to find a way to operate as a very small studio on wheels is challenging!! I thought Austin was more Progressive than it appears! Any advice would be welcome!
